Using the website

You can navigate links and controls with Tab and Shift+Tab, activate them with Enter or Space, and use browser zoom. Public pages and the agency portal use visible focus indicators, labelled fields, headings and responsive layouts. A skip link moves to the main content. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Report a barrier

If a form, search, sign-in or payment control prevents access, use Requests and complaints, choose Accessibility, or contact us below. State the page, action and assistance needed; disclosing a diagnosis is not required. We can assist with finding a service or submitting a request. Never send card details through email or WhatsApp.

Scope

Keyboard, labels and mobile layout checks cover the pages reviewed, not a certification of full WCAG conformance. Shopify and Stripe provide external interfaces; report barriers there to us as well. Service requests, verified payment and operational confirmation remain separate.
